Giovanni Granai, managing director of Sirena Marine Italy dealer G.P.Y., wrote his impressions about the 65th Genoa Boat Show held between 18-23 September for Sirena’s Whisper readers.

The 65th edition of the Genoa Boat show marked another important step forward for the show in itself and Sirena Yachts. Tens of Thousands of enthusiastic visitors had been able to taste, step onboard and seatrial the product of their desires. Attention on the show has been drawn by the presence of many visitors coming from all over Europe.
Sirena Yachts was present at the 65th Genoa Boat Show with its Italian dealer GPY Marine. The star of the stand was the new SIRENA 60, previewed for the
Italian public. Flanked by its sister model, the Sirena Yacht 48, a best seller in Italy and beyond, they attracted the attention of an ever-increasing number of yachtsmen. Many of them arrived with the explicit intention of stepping inside a Sirena Yachts to admire the tasteful furnishings, functional layouts and high quality of the components and structure.
Sirena Yacht lighted up the show, through his Italian dealer, GPY Marine, showcasing two models: the well known Sirena 48, entry level of the Sirena’s fleet, which, once again, has been one of the most visited and appreciated boats of the show; and the Sirena 60, unveiled the week before in the unique scenario of the Cannes Yachting Festival and proud winner of Best Interior Design Trophy, that made his “Italian” debut.

GPY Marine confirms that visitor numbers to the stand have grown steadily by double digits over the last three years, and this 65th boat show confirmed
this trend. GPY Marine confirms that the path taken by the shipyard is the most rewarding for both the dealer and the owners. The latter, in fact, were unanimous in their appreciation of the generous spaces and heights in the lower deck and saloon, which would satisfy any yachtsman. Sirena Yachts has once again confirmed its ability to build models which, for the same size, offer owners much more space, comparable to boats in a higher category.
