Sirena Marine has increased its production capacity by investing in an additional building at its Orhangazi factory, after Yalova.
In addition to Sirena Marine’s production facilities in Bursa Orhangazi, which cover 35,000 square meters indoors on a total area of 155,000 square meters, the newly commissioned Yalova facility has increased production capacity from 53 to 60 yachts, and further investments continue to expand this capacity. Most recently, an additional facility investment of €10 million in the production line marked another step towards growth. Employing eighty engineers and more than a thousand employees, the company is accelerating mass production through gradual investments, driven by the demand for its increasingly diverse product range. A 45 percent increase in production capacity was achieved with €19 million final assembly line investment made to meet the dealer requests by converting them into orders and fulfilling them on time.

Every investment made in facilities brings new technology and R&D applications. As part of this scope, the Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications ERP Project was completed and integrated into the system at the beginning of the year, improving more than 280 manufacturing processes. Fusion, which is compatible with all mobile devices, contributes to continuous excellence in production and customer experience by learning on its own with the support of artificial intelligence. The system identifies material, time and capacity constraints, evaluates requests in priority order and directs the supply system to minimize interruptions. This allows production planning that uses resources in the most efficient way. The technology, which is also used in advanced warehouse placement and management with artificial intelligence, ensures efficiency by preventing unnecessary stock holding.
The numerical results of all these investments can be tracked over the years. Sirena Marine increased its exports by 69 percent in 2023 compared to the previous year, reaching $98.9 million, and reached a turnover of €145 million in 2024. Data for 2025 indicates this figure will reach €165 million.
